displays, you've found the right website... well, almost. More than
likely, you were looking for Pinnacle Displays and typed "pinnacledisplay.com"
into your browser bar, forgetting the "s" on "display". In that event, you
can add the "s" to make it "pinnacledisplays.com" or your can just click on
the phrase "trade show displays"

Whether you're for custom-printed trade show displays (like our
Signature trade show display) or velcro-receptive FrontRunner fabric trade
show displays (like our
Eclipse pop-up trade show display series), you'll
find them at Pinnacle Displays. We also offer free ground shipping and easy
secure online ordering for all of our trade show display booths, but
first you've got to get to the correct website! :-)
So click on on "trade show displays" to get to our official site,
or if you want to learn more about things to consider when buying trade show
displays, keep reading, and then click on through.
Disclaimer: we wrote this short guide for
buying trade show displays
online (below), so
of course, it may be a bit bias. :-)

Considerations for Buying Trade Show Displays On-line
copyright 2009 Pinnacle Displays Buying your next trade show display
on-line will provide you with a much bigger selection to choose from than
your local dealer showroom, and with all the trade show display companies
now on the internet and the resulting competition, it will save you money as
well. And finally, there's something very nice about the convenience of
shopping from the comfort of your chair either behind the desk at your
office or on your laptop at home. But with all the trade show display
companies out there, how do you decide which one to buy from?
STEP ONE: RESEARCH
To begin with, learn about the different types of trade show booths
available today and decide what type of display you want to buy. There are
many ways to learn about the types of trade show displays available today,
but here are three: you can research on the internet, your can stop by your
local dealer's showroom, and you go to a trade show.
I personally like the last option, attending a tradeshow. Go to a trade show
and walk up and down the aisles. Check out the various trade show booths and
displays. Nothing compares to actually seeing trade show displays in use to
see what works (and what doesn't). If you can, quiz a few exhibitors about
their trade show booth displays and ask them what they like and/or don't
like about them. Remember to be brief - trade show exhibitors are exhibiting
at the show to market their products and services, not to teach you about
their tradeshow displays. STEP TWO: BUY YOUR TRADE SHOW
DISPLAY ONLINE
Buying on the internet provides a much larger selection to select from. It
is also much more convenient, and do to the increased competition, you will
save considerable money by buying online instead of at your local trade show
display dealer. If you search for "trade show displays" or "trade show
booths" on Google, you will find there are literally hundreds of companies
with websites selling trade show displays. But how do you pick which company
to buy from? There are three things you want to look at, the
company, their product (the trade show display), and the ordering/purchase
process: 1. The
Company:
Pick a company that has a proven track record. Find out how long they've
been in business. See if they have a toll-free 800 number, or if they have a
newer 877 or 866 number (indicating they haven't been in business as long),
or if they don't have a toll-free number at all (not a good sign!). Check
their website - do they have full information and complete detailed pricing
on their website, or is it just a yellow-page-type advertisement requiring
you to call to get more information and pricing. See if they offer on-line
ordering, or if you have to call and talk to a salesperson. Finally, do they
provide a list of customer reviews and testimonials? 2. The
Product (the trade show display)
The are a lot of factors to evaluate when considering different trade show
displays, and some may be more important than others depending on your
requirements and needs.
The Type or Style of Trade Show Display -
With the wide variety of styles and types of trade show displays, which
display should you buy? This question really depends on your specific needs,
but in general keep this in mind: Your display is a business tool, plain and simple. The
most important thing is that your trade show display gets the job done. The
fundamental purpose of a trade show display is to distinguish your trade
show booth from all the other booths at the trade show. Your
trade show display must stop people as they walk by your
booth. To most easily do this you should have full-size, eye-catching graphics
with a clear message. Thus, a key to your
trade show display design is probably that it should be covered with full-size
graphics, and the graphic design must, or course, be effective. In a nutshell, a
regular old "everyday" trade show display with a clear and effective graphic
design will always beat a "premium" / "fully-loaded" trade show display that
only has a
mediocre graphic design. Updated and current graphics are also important, so
you'll want to consider how easy it is to update and replace your graphics.
Portability - How portable is the
display? How much does it weigh (including its dimensional weight for
shipping by air)? Portability will influence your shipping costs, costs that
will recur during the entire life your display and costs that can really add
up.
Other Display Factors - How easy is the display to set up (and re-pack)? How durable is
it, and
what type of warranty does it have? Some companies now offer lifetime
warranties on their display frames (like Pinnacle Displays).
3.The Ordering/Purchase Process:
Ordering -Surprisingly, not all websites selling trade show displays
have on-line
ordering. Some website expect you to call and talk to a sales person. Of those
websites that do provide on-line ordering, some expect you to register and
set up an account before you can order. Only a few websites (like Pinnacle
Displays) selling
trade show displays on-line actually provide online ordering that is simple,
quick, and registration-free.
Shipping and Handling -
"Shipping and Handling" is a notorious hidden cost when buying
online (sometimes the shipping cost on a product is more than the product cost!). A
select few trade show display companies now provide free ground shipping for
their trade show displays (like Pinnacle Displays).
